Emergency Shutdown System, in short ESD, is the most important set of equipment used during oilfield operations, such as drilling, completion, frac work, well test and production. ESD system usually consist of Emergency Shutdown Safety Valve, ESD Control Panel, piping and pushbutton. 

Emergency Shutdown Safety Valve, also known as Surface Safety Valve (SSV), is a shutdown gate valve with hydraulic or pneumatic actuator, which activates when emergency occurs. 

After long period of technical discussion with the client, finally order was placed in 2019. Today, 14.12.2019, Our 4-Valve Choke Manifold with CE/PED certification will launch for Europe to serve our client and its end-user for their well test operation. 

REIN also received additional orders for many wellhead equipment and still working on technical and business development of the company.

The design and fabrication teams of Rein Wellhead Equipment provides custom orders for the clients with specific requirements, especially regions which uses their local standards, such as GOST standard for Russia and CIS countries. 

Rein is able to handle special requirements of the clients from all around world to provide professional technical solution and custom-made products, such as wellhead and X-mas tree assemblies, high-pressure valves, SSV valves, Choke & Kill Manifolds, High-pressure flexible houses, high-pressure hammer unions, and instruments for monitoring and ESD system.

Rein Wellhead Equipment always keeps wellhead and high-pressure valve components in stock to ensure fast delivery period to the oilfield operating companies. Prefabricated materials are produced by the certified Chinese mills and have EN standard certificates. Each item that enters the workshop warehouse is subject to strict quality check as per API 6A and API 16C standards. 

Because of constant orders from the international and domestic clients, as well as knowledge of REIN for oilfield demand, REIN prefers to keep stock of standard wellhead equipment parts.
