The Christmas tree serves several functions, the main of which are: hold on to the weight of the column tubing lowered into the well, and with two - row Elevator- two columns; sealing annular spaces and their mutual isolation; providing the possibility of regulating the mode of operation well within the prescribed limits, continuity; study of wells by measuring the parameters of its work inside her, and on the surface. 

Failure, and even more so the destruction of the fountain valves leads not only to disruption of the operation of the well, but also to accidents, open gushing.                                

The choke manifold is flow control device used in well testing for reduction and/or control of flow pressure. The choke manifold consists of gate valves, high-pressure fittings, chokes, pressure gauge, connections and skid.

Rein Wellhead Equipment starts providing comprehensive system for Emergency Shutdown (ESD). As shown in the flow chart below, Safety Valves that are in the Surface Safety Tree (Flowhead) and flow line, immediately shutting down the flow in case of high-temperature or high-pressure are detected. Safety Valves or Surface Safety Valves (SSV) are connected to the ESD station by hydraulic hoses. 

ESD station is equipped with force fluid tank and pump, which delivers force to the valve’s actuator to shutdown the flow in a very short period.
