Rein Process Equipment, which is modular equipment division of Rein, develops three-phase test separator package which can be applicable both for onshore and offshore application. 

Test separator is a self-contained special well test equipment designed to separate fluids into three phases, oil, water, gas. Oilfield separators can be 2-phase, 3-phase and 4-phase. 4-phase separator consists of sand jetting system allowing gas-liquid-liquid-solid separation. Test separators, usually horizontal, consists of gas and liquid flowmeters, data recording devices, gauges, level controllers and transmitters. Separator vessel is equipped with high-efficiency packings, such as demister pack, coalescer packs, vortex breakers, weir and overflow plates, inlet diverter. As a safety measure, separator skid is equipped with two or three relief valves, usually pilot-operated, hi and low-pressure pilots, which transmits signal to ESD system. Test Separators are usually designed for following pressure ratings: 720 psi, 1440 psi, 2160 psi.
