Rein Wellhead Equipment is received a contract for suppling GOST- and API-standard wellhead Christmas-trees and Wellhead Assemblies for onshore oil and gas development project in Azerbaijan. Rein Wellhead Equipment is under development of production drawings for several sets of x-mas and christmas tree assemblies as per GOST 13846, GOST 30196, GOST 633, API 6A.

Oil & Gas Well Christmas Tree and Casing Heads will be delivered by the November of 2020. Rein Wellhead Equipment ensures high quality three-layer coating, standards sand blasting as surface protection, German-brand pressure gauges, high quality sealing materials, special tools for maintenance, and other components required during operation and maintenance of christmas trees and casing heads.

Christmas tree (oil & gas wells)

Oil & gas wells Christmas Tree (X-mas tree) is a special mechanical valve assembly designed to open, close, control, and monitor well stream. Christmas Tree is used for oilfield works, such as hydrocarbons production, enhanced oil recovery, hydraulic fracturing, well testing, and flowback. Configuration of Christmas Tree depends on the requirement of the operator or oilfield service company or vendor’s suggestions from serial production.

 

Christmas tree usually consists of following components:

· Master Valve

· Slab Gate Valve

· T-Type Fitting

· Cross

· Adapter

· Positive (Bean) Choke / Adjustable Choke

· Pressure Gauge

· Emergency Shutdown Valve

· Injection port for cable

The cable entry is designed to seal the electric cable in the electric valve fittings at a working pressure of up to 21 MPa inclusive.

Double gland packing in the pipe holder and in the adapter flange allows crimping the upper flange connection of the pipe head and adapter flange.

The seal is carried out by rubber packers having the shape of a truncated cone through which the cable conductors pass. The tightness of the packer is made by a threaded plug through the thrust bearing, which allows you to create crimping forces of each cable core 1.5 times higher than in typical designs of cable entry.

 

Frac Tree and Frac Heads 

Hydraulic fracturing is a new and promising method used to develop shale gas. Hydraulic fracturing requires sets of expensive hydraulic fracturing equipment, as well as auxiliary equipment and parts. Frac tree and frac head (goat head) are essential pieces of oilfield equipment used during shale gas production. Rein Wellhead Equipment also designs frac trees and frac heads for natural gas exploration and development.

 

Casing Head

The casing head, installed at the bottom of wellhead assembly connecting casings and various wellhead assemblies, is composed of a body, casing hanger and seal assembly. The casing head is used for supporting the weight of technical and production casing, sealing the annual space between the casing and providing a filtered connection for the installation of upper wellhead assemblies. These assemblies include a blowout preventer (BOP), tubing head and christmas tree. The surface casing is connected by a flange located below the casing head. The oil-string casing is connected by a screw thread inside of the casing head.
